2012 Singapore International Science Teachers' Conference

On Monday, 19 November, BSCS Exective Director Janet Carlson presented a keynote address at the 2012 Singapore International Science Teachers' Conference.

The conference has four main objectives - to promote awareness & highlight importance of science literacy in science education, develop teacher competencies in science curriculum, pedagogy and assessment as well as research capacity, enhance classroom practice in schools across nation as well as internationally, and provide a platform for Science teachers all over the world to share new ideas, strategies and innovative practices.
