Robert E. Foulk joined BSCS in October 2007 as Director of Operations. He also serves as corporate secretary/treasurer and oversees all financial functions for BSCS. Bob provides management oversight for the corporate IT, HR, accounting. payroll, contracting and facilities functions. He also leads BSCS’s budgeting, forecasting, and planning and reporting efforts.

Bob has more than 30 years’ experience providing leadership in areas spanning team building, operational management, business development, strategic planning and a variety of financial disciplines. He has performed financial-management duties in large Fortune 200 corporations, small businesses of fewer than 100 people and large government agencies. He has experience as a corporate controller and at managing accounting processes at a global, regional, and local level.

Bob earned a B.S. in business administration from the University of Northern Colorado at Greeley and an M.S. in Managerial Economics from the Naval Postgraduate School at Monterey, CA.
