In addition to studies that support and inform our research agenda, BSCS designs, conducts, and publishes evaluation studies of external projects and products. Our aim is to provide the education community with fair, impartial, and objective findings to improve the learning and teaching of science. We use a variety of quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis methods to address questions important to the field. All research and evaluation activities are guided by the ethical guidelines of the American Evaluation Association, BSCS, and our funding agencies.
